Leadership Updates

Ivy Green, Interim Head of School

Dear CSA Families, Faculty, Staff, and Friends,

As I step into the role of Interim Head of School at Christina Seix Academy, I do so with deep gratitude, humility, and a profound sense of responsibility for our community and shared mission. CSA is built on purpose, endless possibility, and an unwavering belief in the brilliance and promise of our students. It is also a community shaped by the dedication of our families, faculty, staff, leaders, and partners who have built such a strong foundation.

In this moment of transition, my commitment is to both advance our mission and keep care at the heart of everything we do—for our students, families, faculty, and staff, and for the culture we build together. For me, care and excellence are inseparable; deep care is the very foundation that makes excellence possible.

Looking to the year ahead, I am focused on coupling vision with empathy. I want us to hold bold aspirations for our students and school while creating the conditions that allow every member of our community to thrive. This work requires active listening, presence, and visibility, alongside the courage to think creatively about how we support children, empower families, and prepare students for the future in a strategic and thoughtful way.

As we share our story more broadly, let us remain aligned in uplifting the best of who we are. Celebrating our strengths goes hand in hand with doing the thoughtful internal work of growing, refining, and listening continuously to those we serve.

I am honored to lead CSA in this next chapter. Thank you for the trust you have placed in me. I am energized by the work ahead and look forward to partnering with each of you to build a school rooted in care, driven by mission, and dedicated to helping every student succeed.

With gratitude,

 Ivy Green
