Graduate Success Program
Beyond Christina Seix Academy
Students at CSA graduate as empowered young leaders with strong academic skills and a firm sense of their identities, as well as a commitment to their families and communities. When they graduate, they do not leave us, and we do not leave them.

Our Commitment Continues
Supporting Graduates
CSA stays connected with graduates as they move on to high school, and then to college, with the CSA community continuing to provide oversight, sponsorship, and if needed, advocacy and financial support.
CSA’s Graduate Success program oversees graduates’ academic progress, focusing on the opportunities and the challenges associated with navigating high school resources, policies, and instructional expectations.
Partnering with Families
Our team members also continue CSA’s partnership with parents even after their children graduate from CSA.
We do this by maintaining contact with both students and their parents while our graduates are in high school, seeking to ensure the interaction and commitment made during the CSA years continues into adulthood to help foster generational success.
The Journey to High School
100%
of CSA alumni returned to campus for various engagements this year, for service opportunities, learning experiences, or alumni events.
Through social capital development — fostering the networks, norms, and trust that enable people to act for mutual benefit — CSA offers students and families the tools and contacts vital for long-term, intergenerational sustainability, mobility, and overall success.
