We are so excited to welcome our new CSA community members! 13 new 2022-23 faculty and staff just celebrated one month at CSA. There were a range of fun and creative activities planned by our People & Operations Office with the hope of ensuring that our new team members felt welcomed & celebrated. Orientation and Campus Tour sessions took place in July and August, with a highlight being the VIP Scavenger Hunt!
New team members were welcomed to our community with some fun, engaging and informative events during their orientations. They learned about CSA's founder, mission and values. They got to see our extensive campus and meet many of the "VIP" team members. The goal is/was to help them build connections right away to feel welcomed and part of our CSA community as quickly as possible.
CSA is committed to ensuring new team members have a great onboarding experience, beginning on day one, with a focus on building community and culture right from the start.
